1. What happens during my first session?

Your first session is a private consultation and assessment. We’ll review your goals, training history, movement patterns, and recovery habits to design a personalised performance plan.

Each assessment sets the foundation for measurable, long-term progress.

2. Are programmes fully customised?

Yes. Every client programme is built from the ground up — tailored to your physiology, lifestyle, and objectives.

We don’t follow templates; every phase of your training is designed for your specific performance outcome.

3. How long are the sessions?

Sessions typically last 50–60 minutes, depending on your focus and schedule. Longer or extended coaching blocks can be arranged for advanced performance work or partner training.

4. Where do sessions take place?

All sessions are delivered exclusively at the Health & Performance Studio, near Oxford Circus — a private, appointment-only facility for elite coaching and client discretion.

Virtual and off-site sessions are available on request.

5. Who do you typically work with?

We specialise in working with executives, athletes, and high-performing professionals seeking strength, body composition, and longevity results.

However, anyone ready to commit to precision training is welcome.

6. Do you offer nutrition and lifestyle guidance?

Yes. Nutrition, sleep, and recovery are key components of your performance plan.

You’ll receive tailored recommendations that align with your goals and schedule.

7. How often should I train?

Most clients achieve optimal results with 2–4 coached sessions per week, complemented by independent programming.

We’ll determine your ideal frequency during your initial assessment.

8. What should I bring to a session?

Just comfortable training clothes and supportive footwear — everything else (equipment, towels, water) is provided in-studio.

9. What is your cancellation policy?

We require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Late cancellations may incur the full session fee.

10. Can I train with a partner or small group?

Yes. Semi-private performance sessions (2–4 people) are available and structured so every participant follows a tailored plan within the same session.

11. What if I have an injury or specific condition?

Each programme begins with a movement and readiness assessment.

If required, we liaise with your physiotherapist or healthcare provider to ensure a safe, effective return to performance.

12. When will I see results?

Most clients experience measurable improvements in strength, posture, and energy levels within 6–8 weeks, provided training and recovery are consistent.

13. Do you offer packages or memberships?

Yes. We provide flexible packages, corporate retainers, and ongoing performance memberships.

Your coach will help you choose the most effective option during consultation.

14. How do I begin?

Book your Performance Assessment through the [Contact Page] or message directly via WhatsApp.

From there, we’ll design your bespoke plan and schedule your first session.
